研究目的：

建立适合我国情的居民心血管病监测系统，长期、连续地收集信息，全面掌握我国居民主要心血管病患病情况及其危险因素状况、变化趋势，为政府制订和调整心血管病防控政策、评价防控工作效果提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to establish a cardiovascular disease monitoring system, collect long-term and continuous information, explore the prevalence of major cardiovascular diseases and their risk factors, and change trend, so as to provide scientific evidence for the government to formulate and adjust the policies of cardiovascular diseases, and evaluate the effect of prevention and control.

1.该地区居住6个月以上；
2.年龄在18岁及以上。
