研究目的：

艾司氯胺酮目前广泛应用于术后疼痛治疗、抑郁症治疗、慢性疼痛管理。在围术期使用亚麻醉剂量艾司氯胺酮可以改善术后疼痛，减少阿片类药物使用，减少阿片类药物相关不良反应。但是目前的研究均聚焦于亚麻醉剂量艾司氯胺酮的镇痛作用，它的镇静作用目前没有受到关注。术中使用亚麻醉剂量艾司氯胺酮是否可能导致麻醉苏醒时间延长没有相关研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Esketamine is currently widely used in postoperative pain, depression, and chronic pain management. The use of sub-anesthetic doses of esketamine in the perioperative period can improve postoperative pain, reduce the use of opioids, and reduce opioid-related adverse reactions. However, current studies have focused on the analgesic effect of sub-anesthetic doses of esketamine, and its sedative effect was ignored. There is no relevant research on whether the sub-anesthetic dose of esketamine may lead to prolonged anesthetic recovery time.

择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术
ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ级
年龄18-65岁

Inclusion criteria

Informed consent
Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ
age: 18-65

排除标准：

肝肾功能不全
手术时间大于2小时
术中改变术式
BMI＞35或＜18kg*m-2
神经系统疾病病史
长期酗酒
术中出血大于200ml

Exclusion criteria：

Liver or kidney dysfunction
Operation time is greater than 2 hours
Intraoperative changes
BMI>35 or <18kg*m-2
History of neurological disease
Long-term alcoholism
Intraoperative bleeding is greater than 200ml
