Objectives of Study：

Comparative Analysis of Myocardial Protection with HTK Solution and del Nido Solution in the Hypertrophied Heart Surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病种选择
主动脉弓离断、主动脉缩窄、、主动脉瓣狭窄、主动脉瓣上狭窄、主动脉瓣下狭窄）
可合并卵圆孔未闭、室间隔缺损、房间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭
（2）其他要求
a.首次手术
b.伴有左室肥厚（LVH）儿童左室肥厚标准定义为LVMI＞同年龄性别的95%分位
c.年龄≤18岁

Inclusion criteria

1. Selection for disease:
Interrupted Aortic Arch,Coarctation of aorta, Aortic Stenosis, Subvalvular Aortic Stenosis, Supravalvular Aortic Stenosis.
Including Patent Foramen Ovale, Ventricular Septal Defect, Atrial Septal Defect, Patent Ductus Arteriosus
2. Other Ruquirements
(1) Fisrt time surgery b.Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVMI>95 percent of the same sex and age children);
(2) Aged <=18 years.

排除标准：

（1）合并其他复杂的心内畸形或综合征
（2）手术时机＜34周胎龄
（3）手术时体重<3000g
（4）急诊手术
（5）术后残余梗阻及分流

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combination of other complex intracardiac malformations or syndromes
(2)Operation age <34 week
(3)Operation weight<3000g
(4)Emergency operation
(5)Residual obstruction and shunt
