研究目的：

本研究通过不同入路的腹部区域神经阻滞的比较性研究探讨对腹部肿瘤患者术后最佳镇痛方法以及自愿者腹部阻滞范围的确认。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the best analgesic method for patients with abdominal tumor and confirm the range of abdominal block in volunteers by comparative study of different approaches of regional nerve block.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-60岁，拟行妇科肿瘤开腹手术的患者，ASA I-II级，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 18-60 years who underwent open operation of gynecologic tumors were enrolled in an informed consent from at the ASA I-II.

排除标准：

凝血功能障碍，穿刺点感染，局麻药过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

Coagulopathy, infection at the needle insertion,allergy to local anesthetics.
