研究目的：

明确糖尿病终末期肾病患者在胰肾联合移植术后早期快速撤除激素的安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the safety of early steroid withdrawal in patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy after simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1、 终末期糖尿病肾病 1.1 早期撤除激素 术后常规使用口服激素，从20mg起始，每周减4mg，直至4mg维持两周后停用 1.2 如期撤除激素 术后常规使用口服激素，从20mg起始，每周减4mg，直至8mg维持，术后3月减至4mg，术后1年停用 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. End-stage diabetic nephropathy 1.1 Early steroid withdrawal Postoperatively, oral hormones were routinely used, starting from 20mg and decreasing 4mg weekly until 4mg was discontinued after two weeks 1.2 Steroid withdrawal as scheduled After surgery, oral steroid were routinely used, starting from 20mg, reduced by 4mg per week until maintained at 8mg, reduced to 4mg 3 months after surgery, and discontinued 1 year after surgery 

纳入标准：

1、 诊断终末期糖尿病肾病患者
2、 年龄18-70岁
3、 均行胰肾联合移植手术，为初次移植
4、 术前PRA阴性，与供体的淋巴毒试验阴性
5、 无恶性肿瘤病史
6、 无妊娠或无
7、 无参加其他与本研究有冲突的临床实验
8、 签署书面知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis of patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy
2. Aged 18-70 years
3. Simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplantation was performed for all patients, which was the first transplantation
4. Preoperative PRA was negative, and donor lymphotoxicity test was negative

排除标准：

1、诊断终末期肾病合并糖尿病患者
2、妊娠或计划妊娠
3、PRA阳性
4、恶性肿瘤患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosis of end-stage renal disease complicated with diabetes
2, Pregnancy or plan for pregnancy
3. Positive FOR PRA
4. Patients with malignant tumors
