研究目的：

比较压力控制通气与容量控制通气两种通气模式对麻醉诱导后面罩机械通气期间漏气补偿的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of pressure control ventilation mode and volume control ventilation mode on airleak compensation of mask mechanical ventilation during general anesthesia intubation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-65岁、
ASAI-II级、
术前留置胃肠减压管、
择期气管插管全麻手术患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-65 years;
2. Asai-ii patients;
3. Patients with indwelling gastrointestinal decompression tube before operation;
4. Patients undergoing elective tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

ASAIII级及以上、
术前生命体征异常、
需要清醒插管者、
妊娠妇女、
急诊病人

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with Asai II and above;
2. Patients with abnormal vital signs before operation;
3. Patients who need awake intubation;
4. Pregnant women;
5. Emergency patients.
