纳入标准：

连续入组

Inclusion criteria

手术类型下肢骨科手术（包括全髋关节置换、股骨头置换、PFNA、髋关节置换翻修术、膝关节置换术及膝关节置换翻修术），行蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉，年龄≥60，本人及家属签署研究知情同意书。

排除标准：

符合以下任何一项予以排除。①ASA 麻醉分级≥Ⅳ级；②语言沟通或听力、视力障碍，无法完成谵妄评估的；③内分泌疾病（甲状腺或肾上腺）的病史，心律不齐（心房颤动或扑动，异位搏动>正常窦性搏动的5％）；④既往有中枢神经系统肿瘤疾病、精神病史、癫痫史、术前MMES评分＜18分或术前筛查存在谵妄者；⑤酗酒或吸毒长期应用镇静剂或其他精神方面用药及酒精滥用；⑥拒绝参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：
