研究目的：

验证银离子肛肠功能性敷料在临床上应用于痔疮术后伤口的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the efficacy and safety of silver ion anorectal functional dressing in clinical application of wound after hemorrhoid surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄在18-65周岁之间；
2）需行创面开放式痔疮手术者；
3）同意参加本试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Between the ages of 18 and 65;
2) Patients who need open hemorrhoid surgery on the wound surface;
3) Agree to participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）对银敏感有过敏史者；
2）严重心、肝、肾及血液系统合并症者，严重并发症及严重全身感染者；
3）急性代谢紊乱者；
4）严重免疫系统疾病者；
5）妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
6）研究者认为其他不宜参加试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Persons with a history of silver allergy;
2) Severe heart, liver, kidney and blood system complications, severe systemic infection;
3) Acute metabolic disorders;
4) Persons with severe immune system diseases;
5) Pregnant or lactating women;
6) The researcher considers unfit to participate in the study.
