研究目的：

1.得到良性胆红素升高人群占总体检人群的比例，提供流行病学资料； 2.得到良性升高的胆红素的波动范围，为临床工作提供依据； 3.得到单纯胆红素升高人群胆红素及相关指标15年间的变化趋势； 4.比较不同因素下单纯胆红素升高人群15年后结局的差异，探讨导致该部分人群不良结局的相关危险因素，为患者后续的健康指导提供依据； 5.比较不同类别胆红素升高人群结局的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Obtain the proportion of the population with benign bilirubin elevation in the overall population and provide epidemiological data; 2. Obtain the fluctuation range of benign elevated bilirubin to provide a basis for clinical work; 3. Obtain the 15-year trend of changes in bilirubin and related indicators in the population with elevated bilirubin alone; 4. Compare the differences in the outcome of the population with elevated bilirubin alone under different factors after 15 years, explore the relevant risk factors that lead to the adverse outcomes of this part of the population, and provide a basis for the follow-up health guidance of the patients; 5. Compare the differences in the outcome of different types of people with elevated bilirubin.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2005年至2020年大连医科大学附属第二医院体检中心及消化内科等相关科室住院患者中TB/CB/UCB较参考正常值升高者；年龄18 ～ 70周岁。

Inclusion criteria

From 2005 to 2020, patients in the physical examination center and gastroenterology department and other related departments of the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University whose TB/CB/UCB value were higher than the reference value; Age from 18 to 70 years old.

排除标准：

肝炎病毒标志物阳性者； ALT/AST/GGT/ALP高于正常参考值者； 诊断明确溶血的患者； 影像学提示存在肝硬化、胆道梗阻、肿瘤等致胆红素升高疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with positive hepatitis virus markers; those with ALT/AST/GGT/ALP higher than the reference value; those with a clear diagnosis of hemolysis; those with images suggesting bilirubin-elevated diseases such as liver cirrhosis, biliary obstruction, and tumors.
