纳入标准：

2010年-2020年广东省人民医院所收治的感染性心内膜炎住院患者，所有病人均以改良的Ｄｕｋｅ标准为依据明确诊断

Inclusion criteria

Form 2010 to 2020 all of patients with infective endocarditis who were in-hospital admission and diagnosed by the reformative standard of Duke in Guangdong Province Peoples Hospital were included

排除标准：

不符合改良的Ｄｕｋｅ标准或治疗后确诊的病人

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who cannot meet the reformative standard of Duke and were diagnosed after treatment were excluded
