研究目的：

通过与传统肝切手术进行对比，评估吲哚菁绿荧光成像法治疗结直肠癌肝转移的安全性及可行性。同时评估吲哚菁绿荧光成像法在提高转移病灶检出率、R0切除率、降低术后并发症以及改善患者预后方面的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing with traditional liver resection, the safety and feasibility of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging in the treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastasis were evaluated. At the same time, the effect of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging in improving the detection rate of metastatic lesions, R0 resection rate, reducing postoperative complications and improving patient prognosis was evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）明确诊断为结直肠癌的患者，同时性或异时性肝转移；（2）伴有术前典型的肝转移影像表现；（3）肝转移病灶评估为可切除者；
（4）年龄大于18岁，小于75岁，无性别限制；（5）耐受全身麻醉，ASA麻醉分级3级以下，无合并严重心肺脑疾病；（6）同意签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with a clear diagnosis of colorectal cancer, with simultaneous or heterochronous liver metastases; (2) With typical preoperative imaging manifestations of liver metastases; (3) Patients with liver metastases assessed as resectable;
(4) Age over 18 years old and under 75 years old, no gender restriction; (5) Tolerance of general anesthesia, ASA anesthesia grade below grade 3, and no complicated severe heart, lung and brain diseases; (6) Those who agree to sign an informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）结直肠癌肝转移病灶评估为不可切除者（2）对吲哚菁绿或碘过敏者（3）研究人员认为，受试者未必能完成本研究或未必能遵守本研究的要求（由于管理方面的原因或其他原因）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Colorectal cancer liver metastases assessed as unresectable; (2) Allergic to indocyanine green or iodine; (3) Researchers believe that subjects may not be able to complete this study or may not be able to comply with this study Requirements (due to management reasons or other reasons).
