研究目的：

1.建立一个放疗剂量学标签来拟作为病人预后的风险分类器，来识别同步化疗获益的病人。 2.基于时间依赖的COX回归构建加权总累积顺铂剂量， 以进行不同转移风险人群的化疗管理 3. 探索N3区域和非N3区域的残差差异和其所致N3区域实际剂量变化， 提出减少计划和实际N3靶区剂量差异的策略  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a radiation dosimetry label intended to serve as a risk classifier for patient prognosis to identify patients who benefit from concurrent chemotherapy. 2. A weighted total cumulative dose of cisplatin was constructed based on time-dependent COX regression for chemotherapy management in different metastatic risk groups. 3. Explore the residual differences between N3 and non-N3 regions and the actual dose changes in N3 regions caused by them, and propose strategies to reduce the dose differences between planned and actual N3 target areas.

Inclusion criteria

Patients with nasopharyngeal cancer with radiation therapy from January 2017 to September 2020

排除标准：

治疗数据及临床数据不完整者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with incomplete treatment data and clinical data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止破坏。

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers loaded the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner, and input the data into the corresponding database system with two persons and two computers. After that, the database was compared twice, and the electronic data files were classified and saved, and multiple backups were saved on different disks or recording media, which were properly preserved to prevent damage.
