研究目的：

评价影像引导下微波消融治疗脑胶质瘤的可行性、有效性及安全性，明确适用于脑胶质瘤的微波消融参数，建立微波消融脑胶质瘤模型；并进一步在患有原发（复发）脑胶质瘤的志愿者中试行微波消融辅助手术治疗（单纯微波消融术治疗），完善微波消融脑胶质瘤的临床治疗参数，并通过随访评价微波消融治疗脑胶质瘤的远期疗效和不良反应。  

Objectives of Study：

In the study, we will evaluate the feasibility, effectiveness and safety of image-guided microwave ablation in the treatment of gliomas by using cell, tissue and animal models, and determine the microwave ablation parameters applicable to gliomas. Furthermore, we will attempt to perform microwave ablation treatment or adjuvant therapy in volunteers with primary or recurrent gliomas, and evaluate the long-term efficacy and adverse reactions of microwave ablation for gliomas through follow-up

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.年龄在18-70岁的初治患者；
b.术前经增强MRI诊断为脑胶质瘤；
c.病灶最大直径≥3cm；
d.无不可控制的基础疾病，如高血压、心脏病、糖尿病等；
e.肝肾功能、凝血功能可耐受手术治疗；
f.无超声造影检查禁忌；
g.同意接受术后行增强MRI复查；
h.充分告知后同意接受微波消融辅助下手术切除肿瘤。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patients were diagnosed as gliomas by contrast-enhanced MRI before operation;
2. The maximum diameter of the lesions was more than 3cm;
3. There were no uncontrollable underlying diseases, such as hypertension, heart disease and diabetes mellitus;
4. liver and kidney function and coagulation function could tolerate surgical treatment;
5. there was no contraindication of contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination;
6. agreed to accept enhanced MRI examination after operation;
7. agreed to accept microwave after full notification Ablation assisted surgery was performed to remove the tumor.

排除标准：

不可控制的基础疾病；严重肝肾功能、凝血功能可障碍；不同意接受术后行增强MRI复查；合并其它恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. the patients had uncontrollable underlying diseases;
2. severe liver and kidney function and coagulation dysfunction;
3. they did not agree to receive postoperative enhanced MRI examination;
4. combined with other malignant tumors.
