研究目的：

评价中药治疗艾滋病消化道不良反应的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for the adverse reaction of digestive system caused by highly active antiretroviral therapies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

阿昔洛韦 9-(2-羟乙氧甲基)鸟嘌呤 吗丁啉片 吗丁啉多潘立酮 盐酸伐昔洛韦, L-缬氨酸-2-[(6-氧代-2-氨基-1,6-二氢-9H -嘌呤-9-基)甲氧基]乙基 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、HIV抗体阳性
2、符合第二版《国家免费艾滋病抗病毒药物治疗手册》制定的HAART消化道不良反应诊断标准
3、HAART治疗前一个月内无消化道症状
4、年龄在18岁—65岁。
5、近3个月内未接受过影响本试验观察的药物治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. HIV antibody test: Postive
2. Patients with adverse reactin in digestive system caused by HARRT which is in accordance with the standard from National anti-virus treatment handbook for AIDS (2nd edition)
3. aged 18 to 65 years old
4. Patients did not receive medicine that interfere the observation of this trial
5. Patients voluntarily signed the informed consent
6. Patients without digestive symptom 1 month before receiving HARRT.

排除标准：

1、合并有心、脑、肾、血液系统、内分泌系统等原发性疾病。
2、患有精神疾病，包括严重的癔症等。
3、既往有消化系统疾病史。
4、肝功能异常，ALT大于正常值5倍以上者。
5、对本试验观察的药物过敏或不能耐受者。
6、妊娠或哺乳期妇女，或准备妊娠妇女。
7、最近3个月参加过其他临床试验。
8、任何病史，据研究者判断可能干扰试验结果或增加患者风险。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with heart, brain, kidney, hematology or endocrine system disease.
2. Patients with history of GI disease.
3. Patients with psychological disease including severe hysteria
4. Patients with abnormal hepatic function (ALT>5 times of UL.
5. Pregnant or lactating women, or women who have birth plan
6. Patients participated in other clinical trial.
7. Patients with any other disease or history that could confound the results or increase risk.
8. Pregnant or lactating women, or women who have birth plan
