研究目的：

评价中药治疗艾滋病高脂血症的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for the Dyslipidemia caused by highly active antiretroviral therapies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

血脂康胶囊 消脂颗粒 二陈汤和桃红四物汤 盐酸伐昔洛韦 L-缬氨酸-2-[(6-氧代-2-氨基-1,6-二氢-9H -嘌呤-9-基)甲氧基]乙基酯盐酸盐 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、病人HIV 抗体阳性
2、正在接受HAART治疗 ,HAART 治疗前血脂正常或治疗过程中曾有血脂正常，治疗后符合高脂血症诊断标准。
3、年龄：18岁-65岁
4、无严重心、肾等重要脏器疾病
5、受试者自愿并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. HIV antibody test: Postive;
2. Patients who are receiving HARRT. Lipid profile is normal before HARRT or once normal during the HARRT. Dyslipidemia occured after the HARRT started;
3. aged 18 to 65 years old;
4. Patients without severe liver, heart, or lung disease;
5. Patients voluntarily signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1、近一个月内已接受过其他降脂治疗；
2、对本试验观察的药物过敏或不能耐受者；
3、妊娠或哺乳期妇女，或准备妊娠妇女；
4、合并严重肝功能衰竭及心血管、肺、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者；
5、据研究者判断可能干扰试验结果或增加患者治疗风险者；
6、参加其它临床试验者或研究者认为不宜参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with psychological disease including severe hysteria;
2. Patients who are alergic or intolerant to the trial drug;
3. Pregnant or lactating women, or women who have birth plan;
4. Patients with any other disease or history that could confound the results or increase risk;
5. Patients received other treatment for dyslipidemia in last month;
6. Patients participated in other clinical trial.
