研究目的：

评估先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿在术后肠内喂养时一次性使用肠内输注营养器的最佳更换频率。  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to assess the optimal frequency for changing single-use enteral delivery sets during postoperative enteral feeding in infants with congenital heart disease (CHD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)术后开始肠内营养;
2)使用营养输注泵持续肠内营养的时间不少于72小时;
3)患者在CICU的停留时间超过72小时。

Inclusion criteria

1. enteral feeding was initiated following the surgery;
2. the duration of continuous enteral feeding using an infusion pump was at least 72 hours;
3. the length of stay in the CICU was more than 72 hours.

排除标准：

排除标准:1)患者具有经口进食的能力;2)间断肠内营养。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria were as follows: 1) the patient had the ability to feed orally; and 2) the infant formula was pumped intermittently.
