探索九味竺黄散治疗急性上呼吸道感染伴发咳嗽症状患儿的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of jiuwei zhuhuang powder in treating children with acute upper respiratory tract infection accompanied by cough

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 经诊断为小儿急性上呼吸道感染患者且以咳嗽为主诉症状（≥2分），发病时间为48h之内
2 藏医“羌蔡”辨证标准
3 年龄：2～14 岁

Inclusion criteria

1 The patient was diagnosed as a child with acute upper respiratory tract infection, and cough was the main symptom (≥2 points), and the onset time was within 48h
2 syndrome differentiation for Tibetan medicine "qiang cai"
3 Age: 2 ~ 14 years old

排除标准：

1 重度营养不良，或伴有其他心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重全身性疾病患儿，精神病患儿，对本药过敏患儿。
2 EB (Epstein-Barrvirus,EBV)病毒感染、支原体感染、危险度较高的上呼吸道疾病及呼吸道传染病的患儿。
3 毛细支气管炎、支气管炎、肺炎等下呼吸道感染患儿。
4 发病后已服用抗感冒或止咳药物（含西药、中药等）的患儿

Exclusion criteria：

1 Children with severe malnutrition, or accompanied by other serious systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, children with mental disorders, and children allergic to this medicine.
2 Children with epstein-barrvirus (EBV) infection, mycoplasma infection, high risk of upper respiratory tract diseases and respiratory infectious diseases.
3 Children with bronchiolitis, bronchitis, pneumonia and other lower respiratory tract infections.
4 Children who have taken anti-cold or cough medicine (including western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine) after onset
