探讨直视下腹直肌鞘前层神经阻滞( Rectus sheath abdominis nerve block） 对剖宫产术后镇痛效果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of Rectus sheath nerve block on the analgesic effect after cesarean section.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

择期硬膜外麻醉下行子宫下段横切口剖宫产产妇

Inclusion criteria

Elective epidural anesthesia under the lower segment of the uterus transverse incision cesarean section maternal

排除标准：

严重系统性疾病，凝血功能障碍、穿刺部位感染等椎管内麻醉禁忌者，慢性疼痛、滥用药物史，既往腹部其他手术史，首次剖宫产为直切口， 对研究所用任何一种药物过敏，对阿片类药物耐受，无法配合行观察指标评分

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe systemic diseases, coagulation dysfunction, puncture site infection and other intravertebral anesthesia contraindications, chronic pain, drug abuse history, previous abdominal surgery history, straight incision for the first cesarean section, allergy to any drug used in the study, tolerance to opioids, and failure to cooperate with observation index score
