研究目的：

中小角度婴幼儿内斜视、急性获得性内斜视、间歇斜外斜视以及手术后过矫、欠矫等不同类型的斜视使用肉毒素治疗的疗效比较。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of curative effects of botulinum toxin in different types of strabismus such as middle and small angle infantile esotropia, acute acquired esotropia, intermittent oblique exotropia, and overcorrection and undercorrection after operation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

研究对象：2019年7月-2020年12月在申请者单位就诊的中小角度婴幼儿内斜视、急性获得性内斜视、间歇斜外斜视以及手术后过矫、欠矫等各种斜视患者50例以上。

Inclusion criteria

Participants: From July 2019 to December 2020, more than 50 patients with various strabismus such as small and medium-sized infants with esotropia, acute acquired esotropia, intermittent oblique external strabismus, and postoperative correction and undercorrection were enrolled in the applicant's unit.

排除标准：

有眼部感染者；有其他全身或者眼部疾病无法进行治疗者；对治疗方案不认同者；不能完成随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with ocular infections; those who are unable to treat other systemic or eye diseases; those who do not agree with the treatment plan; those who cannot complete the follow-up.
