研究目的：

建立基于人工智能技术建立肝纤维化的AI无创超声分级诊断模型，帮助提高肝纤维化超声无创诊断效率及准确率。  

Objectives of Study：

The establishment of AI non-invasive ultrasonic grading diagnosis model for liver fibrosis based on artificial intelligence technology helps to improve the efficiency and accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

具有以下1项或1项以上肝脏纤维化或肝硬化的诊断或辅助诊断依据：①肝脏穿刺活检，病理结果提示肝纤维化或肝硬化②电子计算机断层扫描（CT），提示肝纤维化或肝硬化③磁共振成像（MRI），提示肝纤维化或肝硬化④Fibroscan检测，LSM值超过9.4kPa，提示肝纤维化或肝硬化

Inclusion criteria

Has the following 1 or more than 1 of the liver fibrosis or cirrhosis diagnosis or auxiliary diagnostic basis
①A biopsy of the liver indicates fibrosis or cirrhosis②Computerized tomography (CT) scan indicates fibrosis or cirrhosis of the liver③Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) suggests fibrosis or cirrhosis④Fibroscan have shown that the LEVEL of LSM exceeds 9.4kPa, indicating fibrosis or cirrhosis

排除标准：

肝穿刺病理、CT、MRI及Fibroscan等检查指标均不提示具有肝脏纤维化或肝硬化。

Exclusion criteria：

Studies on liver biopsy, CT, MRI and Fibroscan do not indicate fibrosis or cirrhosis.

50 cases were collected and included in the model validation group. The results of AI grading diagnosis model and liver biopsy were compared, and the reliability, validity and responsiveness of AI model were evaluated
