研究目的：

1、研究比较早发2型糖尿病与晚发2型糖尿病在流行病学、相关生化检查及并发症方面的发病特点； 2、通过高效液相色谱质谱(HPLC-MS)筛选出在早发糖尿病患者中具有表达差异的代谢物，进而可能找出与之相关的生物标志物； 3、寻找出具有代表性的生物标志物，进行验证，为进一步开展动物及细胞研究，探索机制提供新的思路和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study and compare the characteristics of early onset type 2 diabetes and late onset type 2 diabetes in epidemiology, related biochemical examination and complications; 2. High performance liquid chromatography-MS (HPLC-MS) was used to screen the metabolites with different expression in patients with early-onset diabetes, and then the biomarkers related to them could be found; 3. To find out the representative biomarkers, to verify, to provide new ideas and basis for further animal and cell research and explore the mechanism.

纳入标准：

入选2020年5月至2020年10月来就诊的2型糖尿病患者，根据糖尿病确诊年龄分为早发2型糖尿病组及晚发2型糖尿病组，同时招募健康对照组。签署知情同意的患者。

Inclusion criteria

The patients with type 2 diabetes who were selected for treatment from May 2020 to October 2020 were divided into early onset type 2 diabetes group and late onset type 2 diabetes group according to the age of diagnosis of diabetes. Meanwhile, the healthy control group was recruited. Patients signing informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）1型及其他特殊类型糖尿病，妊娠糖尿病或糖尿病合并妊娠；（2）合并有脑卒中或严重精神疾病、意识不清；（3）合并活动性肺结核等传染性疾病的患者；（4）有严重心肺功能及肝肾功能不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Type 1 and other special types of diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus or diabetes mellitus with pregnancy; (2) patients with stroke or serious mental disease, unclear consciousness; (3) patients with active tuberculosis and other infectious diseases; (4) patients with severe cardiopulmonary function and liver and kidney function insufficiency.
