研究目的：

本研究拟通过对于诊断为抑郁发作、复发性抑郁障碍的患者，进行双盲、随机对照的有效性试验，进行临床随访分析，从而评价以光照治疗为主的时间生物疗法对于抑郁症状的的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to conduct a double-blind, randomized controlled efficacy trial for patients diagnosed with depressive episode and recurrent depressive disorder, and conduct clinical follow-up analysis, so as to evaluate the efficacy and safety of time-based biotherapy based on light therapy for depressive symptoms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 符合美国精神病协会《精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版》（DSM-IV）抑郁发作诊断标准；
2) 汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）评分>15分；
3) 年龄：18—60 岁；
4) 文化：小学毕业以上文化；长期居住地在成都市及周边地区；
5) 种族：汉族；
6) 自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) The Diagnostic criteria for depressive episode of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition (DSM-IV) of the American Psychiatric Association;
2) Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score & GT;
15 points;
3) Age: 18-60 years old;
4) Culture: Primary school graduates or above;
Long-term residence in Chengdu and surrounding areas;
5) Race: Han;

排除标准：

1) 有严重躯体疾病及神经系统疾病者
2）有白内障黄斑变性、青光眼、视网膜色素变性等眼科疾患者；或者影响视网膜的疾病（视网膜病变、糖尿病、疱疹等）
3）长期或近期使用精神活性物质；咖啡因摄入量大于300mg/day；
轮班制工作者；
4) 符合 DSM-Ⅳ的精神分裂症、分裂样情感性精神障碍、器质性精神障碍、物质相关精神障碍者或诊断为其他精神障碍者，以及精神发育迟滞等其他认知障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Persons with severe physical and neurological diseases;
2) Patients with eye diseases such as cataract, macular degeneration, glaucoma and retinitis pigmentosa;
Or diseases that affect the retina (retinopathy, diabetes, herpes, etc.)
3) Long-term or recent use of psychoactive substances;
Caffeine intake greater than 300mg/day;
Shift workers;
4) in accordance with the DSM - Ⅳ schizophrenia, affective disorders, split organic mental disorders, material related mental disorder or a diagnosis of other people with mental disabilities, as well as mental retardation, and other cognitive impairment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止破坏。

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers loaded the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner, and input the data into the corresponding database system with two persons and two computers. After that, the database was compared twice, and the electronic data files were classified and saved, and multiple backups were saved on different disks or recording media, which were properly preserved to prevent damage.
