研究目的：

1）利用USOCM仪器研究早、中、晚孕期双胎孕妇随孕周增加出现的生理性血流动力学指标的改变； 2）同步搜集相应孕周单胎孕妇指标，与双胎数据进行比较； 3）探索双胎孕妇血流动力学指标早期诊断子痫前期的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To study the physiological change of hemodynamic parameters in uncomplicated twin population throughout pregnancy; 2) To compare the above parameters with uncomplicated singleton pregnancy; 3) To study the relationship between early change of hemodynamic parameters in twin pregnancy and preeclampsia.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

健康孕10-38周双胎妊娠。

Inclusion criteria

1）Uncomplicated twin pregnancies;
2）Gestational week 10-38.

排除标准：

1）排除既往慢性高血压、肾脏疾病、心脏疾病史；
2）严重胎儿畸形；
3）死胎。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Preexisting chronic hypertension or kidney disease, cardiac disease;
2) Fetal congenital or chromosomal anomalies;
3) Intrauterine fetal demise.
