研究目的：

规范化唇部接触物斑贴试验的操作规程及病因诊断路径，建立接触性唇炎疗效评价非创检测方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Standardized the operation method and etiological diagnosis path of the labial contact patch test, and established the non-invasive detection method for the efficacy evaluation of contact labitis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 18-65岁男性或女性；
（2） 受试者自愿完成知情同意书；
（3） 自愿参加本次研究，并遵守试验要求，有任何不适能够及时反应；
（4） 受试者经临床评估或病理诊断为接触性唇炎，伴或不伴口周皮炎和/或口角炎；
（5） 受试者唇部或者测试部位没有严重破损；
（6） 受试者能够保证在试验期间对测试部位不撕剥皮肤或者拔罐、针灸等处理；
（7） 受试者能够接受斑贴试验，并愿意进行仪器检测；
（8） 整个试验期间没有怀孕或者哺乳计划，期间也避免怀孕；
（9） 正在使用激素代替治疗或使用激素控制生育的受试者应当能够保证在试验期维持原使用习惯，无使用该类激素的受试者应当保证在试验期间不使用该类激素；
（10） 正在服用营养保健品的受试者在试验期间应当维持原食用习惯，并且和研究中心说明；
（11） 近一个月没有口服皮质类激素药物进行治疗；
（12） 受试者能够接受治疗方案并按项目要求定期进行回访；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Male or female 18-65 years old;
(2) Subjects voluntarily complete the informed consent;
(3) Volunteer to participate in this study and comply with the requirements of the test, and respond to any discomfort in a timely manner;
(4) The subject is clinically assessed or pathologically diagnosed with contact labitis, with or without peroral dermatitis and/or keratitis;
(5) There is no serious damage to the subject's lips or test site;
(6) The subject shall ensure that no skin ripping, cupping, acupuncture or other treatments are performed on the test site during the test;
(7) The subject is able to accept the patch test and willing to undergo the instrument test;
(8) No pregnancy or breast-feeding plan was made throughout the study period, and pregnancy was avoided during the study period;
(9) Subjects who are using hormone replacement therapy or hormone birth control shall be able to ensure that they maintain their original use habits during the trial period, and subjects who are not using these hormones shall ensure that they do not use these hormones during the trial period;
(10) Subjects who are taking nutritional supplements should maintain their original eating habits during the study period, and explain to the Research Center;
(11) There was no oral corticosteroid therapy for nearly a month;
(12) The subjects can receive the treatment plan and make regular follow-up visits as required by the project.

排除标准：

（1） 哺乳期或妊娠妇女；
（2） 受试者经常或最近使用可能干扰试验的药物(如口服类固醇、抗炎药、孟鲁司特、吸入超过3个月或胰岛素)；
（3） 受试者有可能影响试验的慢性疾病(如胰岛素依赖型糖尿病、狼疮、类风湿性关节炎或其他免疫/自身免疫疾病)；
（4） 受试者患有肿瘤，过去或者目前正在接受肿瘤治疗者，或目前正在服用任何癌症预防药物；
（5） 受试部位经常性日晒者或为室外工作者；
（6） 测试期间患有感冒，发烧或其他重大疾病；
（7） 6个月内有过面部手术或美容治疗者；
（8） 4周内测试部位有玻尿酸、肉毒杆菌素等注射史；
（9） 受试区域在试验开始前7天进行其他临床或化妆品试验；
（10） 体质高度敏感者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Lactating or pregnant women;
(2) Subjects frequently or recently used medications that may interfere with the trial (e.g., oral steroids, anti-inflammatory drugs, montelukast, inhaled for more than 3 months or insulin);
(3) Subjects with chronic diseases (such as insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or other immune/autoimmune diseases) that may affect the study;
(4) the subject has a tumor, has been or is currently receiving treatment for tumor, or is currently taking any cancer prevention medication;
(5) Those who are exposed to the sun regularly or outdoor workers;
(6) Having a cold, fever or other serious illness during the test;
(7) Have had facial surgery or cosmetic treatment within 6 months;
(8) A history of hyaluronic acid, botox and other injections in the test site within 4 weeks;
(9) Other clinical or cosmetic tests shall be conducted in the test area 7 days prior to the start of the test;
(10) Highly sensitive to physical conditions.
