1.了解经阴道自然腔道子宫肌瘤剥除术及单孔腹腔镜的可行性，安全性； 2.比较经阴道自然腔道子宫肌瘤剥除术与传统多孔、单孔腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术的优缺点  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the feasibility?and safety of the myomectomy by means of transvagina natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery, laparoendoscopic single site surgery To compare the the of the myomectomy by means of transvagina natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery, laparoendoscopic single site surgery to traditional laparoscopic myomectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病史，查体和辅助检查（超声/MRI)诊断浆膜下或肌壁间子宫肌瘤;年龄 20-55岁；患者可以耐受手术；肌瘤大小<10cm。浆膜下肌瘤数目不受限；患者体重指数 ( Body mass index, BMI)<30kg / m2;

Inclusion criteria

patients diagnosed with uterine subserosal or intramural leiomyaoma;age arange from 20-55; the size of leiomyaoma is smaller than 10cm;patients?who are tolerance?of?operation, the body mass index of patiet is less than 30kg /m2

排除标准：

不能耐受手术； 多次盆腔手术史或盆腔粘连严重

Exclusion criteria：

pelvic inflammation,suspected severe endometriosis or pelvic adhesion;patients?who are intolerance?of?operation;
