研究目的：

通过电纺纳米纤维捕获不同阶段卵巢癌患者的CTCs，预测术后卵巢癌患者的生存期、化疗、PARP抑制剂的有效性及耐受的产生，为卵巢癌患者个体化治疗方案的制定提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The CTCs of ovarian cancer patients at different stages were captured by electrospinning nanofibers to predict the survival time, chemotherapy, the effectiveness and tolerance of PARP inhibitors in patients with ovarian cancer after operation, so as to provide reference for the formulation of individualized treatment plan for ovarian cancer patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）能够进行手术切除的卵巢癌患者；
（2）同意参加本研究，签署知情同意书；
（3）依从性良好，具有能随访至观察期结束的条件。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with ovarian cancer who can be resected surgically;
(2) They agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent;
(3) The patients had good compliance and could be followed up to the end of the observation period.

排除标准：

（1）随访困难者；
（2）研究者认为其不适合参加本试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with difficulty in follow-up;
(2) Other situations in which the researcher considered it unsuitable to participate in this trial.
