Objectives of Study：

To compare the analgesic effect of anterior serratus muscle erector spinalis muscle and rhomboid intercostal nerve block after thoracoscopic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

本研究严格遵循医学伦理规范：经过本院伦理委员会批准，征得志愿者同意，并签署知情同意书。研究对象来源和预期病例数：2020年9月至2022年8月于嘉兴市第一医院行择期单侧乳腺癌改良根治术并接受全身麻醉的患者90 例，年龄18~80岁，ASA Ⅰ~Ⅲ级，BMI18.5~23.9kg/m9

Inclusion criteria

This study strictly followed the medical ethics norms: the study was approved by the ethics Committee of our hospital, the consent of the volunteers was obtained, and the informed consent was signed.Sources of the research object and the expected number of cases: in September 2020 to August 2022 in the first hospital of jiaxing city marked one breast modified radical and 90 cases in patients undergoing general anesthesia, ages 18 to 80 years, ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ level, BMI18.5 ~ 23.9 kg/m9

排除标准：

（1）休克或昏迷状态；(2)心、肺、肝、肾及凝血功能异常；(3) 拟行阻滞区域感染，阻滞侧肢体严重神经损伤；(4)有慢性疼痛服用镇痛药物史、服用精神病物病史、放化疗病史，对非甾体类抗炎药物有禁忌症的患者；(5)对局麻药如利多卡因、罗哌卡因以及全身麻醉药物过敏患者；（6）患者及家属拒绝手术麻醉。剔除标准：（1）术中发生严重的并发症；(2)术中大量出血（大于800ml）；(3)术后拒绝进行随访的患者；(4)术后需送入ICU重症监护

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Shock or coma;(2) Abnormal functions of heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood coagulation;(3) Infection of the intended block area and severe nerve injury of the block limb;(4) Patients with a history of taking analgesics for chronic pain, a history of taking psychotropic substances, a history of chemoradiotherapy, and contraindications to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;(5) Allergic to local anesthetics such as lidocaine, ropivacaine and general anesthetics;(6) The patient and his/her family members refused to undergo surgical anesthesia.Exclusion criteria :(1) severe complications occurred during operation;(2) Massive intraoperative hemorrhage (over 800ml);(3) Patients who refuse to be followed up after surgery;(4) Postoperative ICU intensive care is required
