研究目的：

本项目以我国儿童群体为研究对象，主要为正常体重的健康体检儿童，使用FibroScan进行儿童肝脏弹性以及受控衰减参数检测，通过全面收集临床资料，包括人体成分学分析，血生化检查结果等，旨在建立国内儿童肝脏弹性和受控衰减参数的正常参考值，并分析总结在儿童检测中影响检测的相关因素，规范儿童TE技术肝脏检查操作流程，并通过部分肥胖儿童以及慢性肝病儿童来进行初步的临床验证，该研究的有效实施为后续在儿童肝脏中的进一步研究及应用提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project takes Chinese children as the research object, mainly healthy children of normal weight. The FibroScan is used to detect childrens liver elasticity and controlled attenuation parameters. Through comprehensive collection of clinical data, including body composition analysis, blood biochemical examination results, etc., Aims to establish the normal reference value of domestic childrens liver elasticity and controlled attenuation parameters, analyze and summarize the relevant factors that affect the detection in children’s testing, standardize the operation process of children’s TE technology liver examination, and carry out it through some obese children and children with chronic liver disease Preliminary clinical verification, the effective implementation of this research provides a theoretical basis for subsequent further research and application in children’s liver.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄3~18岁；
②BMI位于同性别、同年龄健康儿童平均BMI的2个标准差之内；
③肝功能、腹部B超均提示正常；
④无任何慢性疾病；
⑤生长发育评估良好；
⑥成功进行肝脏弹性及受控衰减参数检测。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged from 3 to 18 years old;
2. BMI is within 2 standard deviations of average BMI of healthy children of the same gender and age;
3. Patients with normal liver function and abdominal B-ultrasound showed normal;
4. Patients without any chronic diseases;
5. Patients with good growth and development evaluation;
6. Patients with liver elasticity and controlled attenuation parameters were successfully detected.

排除标准：

①可能影响肝脏弹性检测及受控衰减参数检测的肝外疾病和/或治疗药物；
②使用M探针的FibroScan-502测量失败。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with extrahepatic diseases and / or therapeutic drugs that may affect the detection of liver elasticity and controlled attenuation parameters;
2. Patients who failed to measure with fibroscan-502 of m-probe.
