研究目的：

1. 分析“一站式”子宫输卵管超声造影评估和分层管理对异位妊娠患者生育率的影响； 2. 筛选异位妊娠患者中，最有可能从“一站式”超声造影评估中获益的人群； 3. 对一站式超声造影在异位妊娠患者备孕中的作用进行卫生经济学评估。  

Objectives of Study：

To analysis the effecicacy of one step hysteroscalpingo foam sonography and HSG in assessing fertility for patients after ectopic pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 输卵管妊娠治疗后（包括期待治疗，药物治疗，输卵管开窗术和输卵管切除术），血HCG值恢复正常；
2. 患者有生育要求；
3. 患者年龄为18-41岁之间；
4. 月经周期规则；
5. 男方精液检查无异常；
6. 检查前3月内无性激素类药物服用史；
7. 无心脏、肝脏、肾脏及脑等基础性疾病；
8. 无结核病史；
9. 血常规检查正常（WBC≥4*109/L，HB≥10g/L，PLT≥100*109/L）；
10. 肝肾功能检查正常；
11. 甲状腺功能正常；
12. 患者可以承受并接受输卵管超声造影检查；
13. 治疗前检查妊娠试验阴性。

Inclusion criteria

1. ectopic pregnancy patients who desire fertility;
2. aged 19-41 years;
3. regular period;
4. no male factors for infertility;
5. no basic diseases;
6. no tuberclosis;
7. normal blood test, hepatic function, thryoid function;
8. tolerable for hysteroscalpingo foam sonography test;
9. urine HCG negative.

排除标准：

1. 患者异位妊娠为宫颈妊娠，疤痕妊娠，宫角妊娠，间质部妊娠；
2. 患者年龄<18岁或超过41岁；
3. 随访期间月经不规则或性激素检查结果异常者；
4. 随访期间男方精液检查结果异常者；
5. 患者有易出血倾向；
6. 患者有子宫肌腺症、子宫内膜异位症病史；
7. 患者血常规或肝肾功能异常；
8. 患者有心血管病史，包括严重高血压，严重心律失常，心梗史；
9. 患者有乙型肝炎或者丙型肝炎感染史，具有可检测的病毒负荷；
10. 活动性结核患者；
11. 有恶性肿瘤病史；
12. 患者有碘油过敏；
13. 无条件长期随访者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. non-tubal ectopic pregnancy;
2. irregular memstural period;
3. predisposable to bleeding;
4. have a history of adenomyosis or endometriosis;
5. abnormal hepatic or kidney function;
6. complicated with heart disease;
7. allergic to iodine;
8. can't abide by long-term follow-up.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据由专人录入电子数据库，并与公司合作进行数据动态更新管理。数据库服务器位于上海市第一妇婴保健医院信息科，由项目负责人掌握管理账户用户名和密码，其他录入人员给予不同权限的访客用户名和密码。
