研究目的：

本试验旨在为脊柱外科手术术中行神经电生理监测过程中，肌松维持程度以及肌松拮抗剂的临床用药提供精准化治疗指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to provide accurate therapeutic guidance for the neuroelectrophysiological monitoring during spine surgery, the maintenance degree of myasone and the clinical use of myasone antagonist.

纳入标准：

年龄18-65岁，ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，无代谢性疾病

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18 to 65 years old, ASA I-II, without metabolic diseases

排除标准：

患有胆道疾病，神经肌肉疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Have biliary disease, neuromuscular disease.
