研究目的：

基于AI构建拟合度好、预测效果好、稳定性高的PSCI风险预测模型，为IS后认知障碍高风险人群的早筛查提供稳定、可信的工具，为“最早时间窗”介入预防管理策略提供决策依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The RISK prediction model of PSCI based on AI with good fitting degree, good prediction effect and high stability provides a stable and credible tool for early screening of people at high risk of cognitive impairment after IS, and provides a decision basis for the intervention prevention and management strategy of "early time window".

纳入标准：

符合中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2014诊断标准:1.局灶神经功能缺损（一侧面部或肢体无力或麻木，语言障碍等），少数全面神经功能缺损；症状或体征持续时间不限（当影像学显示有责任缺血性病症时），或持续24h以上（当缺乏影像学责任病灶时）；排除非血管性病因；脑CT/MRI排除脑出血。2.年龄30-80周岁，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the 2014 diagnostic criteria of Chinese Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of acute ischemic stroke :1. Functional impairment of the kitchen god (weakness or numbness in one side of the face or limb, speech disorder, etc.), a few comprehensive neurological functional defects; 2.There is no limitation on the duration of symptoms or signs (when imaging indicates a responsible ischemic disorder), or 24h or more (when imaging shows no responsible lesion);Exclusion of non-vascular etiology;Brain CT/MRI ruled out cerebral hemorrhage.2. Age 30-80 years old, regardless of gender.

排除标准：

1.其他脑血管意外：短暂性脑缺血发作、出血性卒中等。2.颅内占位性病变等中枢神经系统疾病。3.既往明确的脑外伤史。4.严重的心、肝、肾功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other cerebrovascular accidents: transient ischemic attack, hemorrhagic stroke, etc.2. Central nervous system diseases such as intracranial space-occupying lesions.3. A clear history of traumatic brain injury.4. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency.
