研究目的：

利用AI神经网络分析关节病型银屑病发病高危因素，建立PsA新的诊断标准及风险预测评估体系，指导优化治疗决策。对PsA实现早期诊断、精准治疗、改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The AI neural network was used to analyze the risk factors of arthropathia psoriasis, and the new diagnostic criteria and risk prediction evaluation system for PsA were established to guide the optimization of treatment decisions.Early diagnosis, accurate treatment and improved prognosis of PsA are realized.

纳入标准：

在我院皮肤内科及银屑病诊疗中心接受诊疗的寻常型银屑病及关节病型银屑病患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with psoriasis vulgaris and arthropathies psoriasis were treated in dermatology and psoriasis diagnosis and treatment center of our hospital.

排除标准：

a.虽然在我院皮肤内科及银屑病诊疗中心接受诊疗，但不愿签署知情同意书，完善相关检查，提供详尽的病史资料的患者；
b.研究者认为不适合入选的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Patients who have received treatment in the Dermatology and Psoriasis Treatment Center of our hospital, but are unwilling to sign the informed consent, complete the relevant examination, and provide detailed medical history;
B. Other conditions not considered suitable for inclusion by the researcher.
