研究目的：

比较胚胎移植过程中RIF患者胚胎处于常规操作的室温（25℃）和处于胚胎移植保温管的保温（37℃）之间临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率、流产率和分娩结局、新生儿结局之间的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical pregnancy rate, embryo implantation rate, abortion rate, delivery outcome and neonatal outcome of RIF patients during embryo transfer were compared between the room temperature (25℃) of routine operation and the heat preservation of embryo transfer insulation tube (37℃)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合反复种植失败诊断标准：年龄小于40岁，至少经3个移植周期（新鲜+冷冻），至少移植4个及以上优质胚胎而未获得临床妊娠。 （2）所有纳入对象均同意参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for recurrent implantation failure: under 40 years of age, at least 3 transplantation cycles (fresh + frozen), at least 4 or more high-quality embryos were transplanted without obtaining clinical pregnancy. (2) All subjects agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）染色体异常不孕者；（2）已知影响ER的疾病（子宫畸形、子宫内膜炎、子宫粘膜下肌瘤、严重宫腔粘连、输卵管积水等）；（3）自身免疫性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Infertility due to chromosomal abnormalities; (2) Diseases known to affect ER (uterine malformation, endometritis, submucosal myoma, severe intrauterine adhesions, hydrosalpinx, etc.); (3) Autoimmune diseases.
