研究目的：

探索有望成为冠心病的生物学标志物指标的外周血中microRNA，并联合超声斑点追踪技术共同评估冠心病患者左心室收缩功能。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore microRNA in peripheral blood, which is expected to be a biomarker indicator for coronary artery disease, and to evaluate left ventricular function in patients with coronary artery disease combined with ultrasound speckle tracking.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）冠心病轻中度狭窄组：冠状动脉造影结果显示冠状动脉三支主干狭窄＜50%；
（2）冠心病重度狭窄组：冠状动脉造影结果显示冠状动脉三支主干至少有一支狭窄≥50%；
（3）正常对照组：临床症状体征、血清肌钙蛋白指标及常规心电图均无异常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Coronary artery disease mild to moderate stenosis group: coronary arteriography showed that stenosis of three main branches of coronary artery <50%;
2. Coronary artery disease severe stenosis group: coronary angiography showed that at least one of the three main branches of coronary artery had stenosis >=50%;
3. Control group: there were all normal in clinical symptoms, serum troponin indicators and electrocardiogram.

排除标准：

所有受试者均除外心衰、高血压、心律失常、糖尿病、肝肾功能障碍以及合并恶性肿瘤等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

All subjects were excluded from heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmia, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction, and malignant tumors.
