研究目的：

本课题拟继续在非编码RNA在骨肉瘤的发生、发展中的作用与机制方面进行深入研究，继续针对前期研究获得lncRNA ODRUL、circPVT1以及hsa_circ_0081001等几个潜在的骨肉瘤诊治的生物标志物，进一步明确其在骨肉瘤化疗耐药、肿瘤复发及转移中的作用机制，为骨肉瘤的精准治疗提供新的靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

This topic plans to continue in non-coding RNA in the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma the role and mechanism of in-depth study, continue to study the early get lncRNA ODRUL, circPVT1 and hsa_circ_0081001 several potential biomarkers of diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma, further clarify its drug resistance in osteosarcoma chemotherapy, the role of tumor recurrence and metastasis mechanisms, provide new targets for the accurate treatment of osteosarcoma.

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为骨肉瘤；（2）同意肿瘤组织及血标本的获取。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosis of osteosarcoma;(2) Consent to the acquisition of tumor tissue and blood samples.

排除标准：

（1）其他病理类型的肿瘤；（2）拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other pathological types of tumors;(2) Refuse to sign the informed consent.
