研究目的：

研究AS患者的学额尿酸水平和炎症活动度、肾损之间的相互关系，得到AS患者尿酸水平的安全临界阈值，以此探讨AS患者的高尿酸血症治疗时机  

Objectives of Study：

To study the relationship between the uric acid level, inflammatory activity and renal damage in AS patients, and obtain the safety threshold of uric acid level in AS patients, so as to explore the timing of treatment of hyperuricemia in AS patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

① 诊断均符合1984年修订的AS纽约分类诊断标准
② 年龄大于16岁，小于65岁
③ 有关检查资料记录及时、完整、准确

Inclusion criteria

(1) in accordance with the revised AS classification standard established by the New York Rheumatology society in 1984; (2) Aged 16 years old or more; (3) the relevant data records are timely, complete and accurate.

排除标准：

1）排除年龄小于16岁；（2）有糖尿病、原发性高血压及原发性肾小球、肾小管疾病、尿路感染、狼疮性肾炎、骨髓瘤肾病、急性期感染、肿瘤及排除其他结缔组织病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the exclusion of age less than 16 years; (2) diabetes, primary hypertension and primary glomerulonephritis, renal tubular disease, urinary tract infection, lupus nephritis, myeloma nephropathy, acute stage infection, tumor and exclusion of other connective tissue diseases.
