观察使用替加环素患者的不良反应及肠道菌群变化，为预防替加环素的不良反应提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the adverse drug reactions of tigecycline and the changes of intestinal flora, and provide new sights for preventing the adverse drug reactions of tigecycline.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 治疗中需要使用替加环素的患者；
（2） 年龄≥18周岁；
（3） 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who need tigecycline in treatment
(2) Age >= 18 years;
(3) Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）患有肠道类疾病的；
（2）5年内有过胃肠道大手术的；
（3）肝功能异常的。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those suffering from intestinal diseases;
(2) Have had major gastrointestinal surgery within 5 years;
(3) Abnormal liver functions.
