研究目的：

儿童哮喘发病率逐年上升，且儿童哮喘的总体控制水平尚不理想；患儿和家属对长期服用吸入性糖皮质激素的恐惧心理，不重视慢性持续期治疗，缺乏专业科学的哮喘知识，均可影响哮喘总体控制水平。哮喘反复损伤肺络，导致肺虚络瘀，又有宿痰难化，故虚痰瘀互结，以加减星附六君子汤扶正化痰通络治之。以加减星附六君子汤对哮喘慢性持续期患儿进行治疗，从而是进一步明确中医药对哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The incidence of childhood asthma is increasing year by year, and the overall control level of childhood asthma is still not ideal.Fear of inhaled glucocorticoids in children and their families, neglect of chronic persistent treatment, and lack of professional and scientific knowledge of asthma can affect the overall control level of asthma.Asthma repeatedly damages lung collaterals and causes lung deficiency collaterals and blood stasis, and lodging phlegm is difficult to dissolve. Therefore, deficient phlegm and blood stasis can be combined.The addition and subtraction of Xingfu Liujunzi Decoction was used to treat children with chronic asthma, so as to further clarify the clinical effect of TCM on chronic asthma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合西医哮喘临床慢性持续期的诊断标准。
（2）年龄在5岁至14岁。
（3）纳入前1个月内未使用过中西医的免疫调节药物。
（4）患儿法定监护人同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of clinical chronic duration of asthma in western medicine.
(2) Between the ages of 5 and 14 years.
(3) Immunomodulatory drugs not used in Traditional Chinese and western medicine in the previous month were included.
(4) The legal guardian of the child agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）合并有心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病,精神病患者。
（2）根据研究者的判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变者。
（3）正在参加其他药物的临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases and psychosis.
(2) Those with other lesions that, according to the judgment of the researchers, reduce the possibility of inclusion or complicate inclusion.
(3) Those who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
