研究目的：

通过随机对照试验评估“九味永安汤”能否改善血虚风燥型特应性皮炎患者的皮损情况及瘙痒程度并评估其安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled trial was conducted to evaluate whether jiuwei Yongan Decoction can improve the skin lesions and itching degree of patients with atopic dermatitis with blood deficiency and wind dryness, and to evaluate its safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合西医诊断标准；
（2）符合中医辩证诊断标准；
（3）患者年龄在12-65周岁；
（4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Accord with the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine;
(2) Accord with TCM dialectical diagnostic criteria;
(3) Patients aged 12-65 years;
(4) Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）有严重的原发疾病，如心脑血管，脑血管，肝，肾和造血系统，精神病患者；
（2）妊娠、哺乳期患者；
（3）药物、环境刺激等其他原因引起的皮肤湿疹样皮炎；
（4）无法判定疗效或资料不全等影响疗效和安全判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with serious primary diseases, such as cardio-cerebrovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and psychosis;
(2) Patients during pregnancy or lactation;
(3) Eczema like dermatitis caused by drugs, environmental stimulation and other reasons;
(4) Failure to judge efficacy or incomplete data affecting efficacy and safety judgment.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

随机分配方法由长海医院中医外科研究人员，采取简单随机对照化的方法，运用SPSS软件产生一组随机序列，制成卡片后分别装入标有序号的不透明信封中。患者按照入组顺序抽取信封，并且按卡片编号的规定进行分组和观察治疗。分为治疗组、对照组，两组各本研究严格遵循生物学伦理原则，已告知患者本试验的目的、意义及过程，对患者资料严格保密，所采集的数据仅限本试验使用。凡符合纳入标准的患者，在获得签名的书面知情同意书后进行随机分配。
