了解孕妇在妊娠早期的睡眠状况，通过前瞻性随机对照研究评估线上音乐疗法对妊娠早期睡眠障碍孕妇干预治疗的效果，促进降低妊娠期糖尿病的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To detect the sleep status of pregnant women in the first trimester, a prospective randomized controlled study was conducted to evaluate the effect of online music therapy on the intervention treatment of pregnant women with sleep disorders in the first trimester, so as to promote the reduction of the incidence of gestational diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄在18至45岁之间；
(2) 首次产检孕周<13周，单胎；
(3) 知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Between the ages of 18 and 45;
(2) The gestational week of the first birth examination <13 weeks, single fetus;
(3) Informed consent.

排除标准：

(1) 孕前糖尿病或患糖尿病相关的其他代谢性疾病；
(2) 有精神或沟通障碍下不能完成相关调查者；
(3) 长期服用精神病药、抗抑郁药、镇静催眠药物者，或妊娠睡眠障碍患者等；
(4) 无法在本院分娩的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pre-pregnancy diabetes or other metabolic diseases related to diabetes;
(2) Unable to complete the relevant investigators with mental or communication disorders;
(3) long-term use of psychiatric drugs, antidepressants, sedative-hypnotic drugs, or pregnant patients with sleep disorders;
(4) Failure to deliver at our hospital.

根据纳入和排除标准，符合条件的孕妇将在充分了解研究详细信息的基础上自愿提供书面知情同意书，正式参与项目。然后，招募人员将为每个参与者按顺序创建一个序列号。随后将受试者的基本信息输入ResMan research manager系统(中国四川大学华西医院支持)，该系统将自动生成一个研究代码，并将每个受试者随机分配到干预组或对照组。参与者不会被告知随机化或虚假信息。

According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, eligible pregnant women will voluntarily provide written informed consent based on full knowledge of the study details to formally participate in the project. The recruiter will then create a sequence number for each participant in order.
