通过比较可回收金属支架与内镜下扩张术对食管癌术后吻合口良性狭窄的作用，探讨内镜下治疗食管癌术后吻合口良性狭窄的最佳治疗方式。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the effects of recyclable metal scaffolds and endoscopic dilatation on benign anastomotic stenosis after esophagectomy, the optimal treatment method for benign anastomotic stenosis after esophagectomy was explored

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄在18-75岁之间；② 食管癌食管切除患者；③ 有吞咽梗阻症状；④ 食管钡餐或造影显示吻合口狭窄；⑤ 胃镜下吻合口未见新生物，镜身不能通过吻合口；⑥ 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Between 18 and 75 years old;2. Patients with esophagectomy for esophageal cancer;3. Symptoms of swallowing obstruction; 4. Esophageal barium meal or radiography showed anastomotic stenosis; 5.No new organisms were found in the anastomosis under gastroscopy, and the endoscopic surface could not pass through the anastomosis; 6.Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

① 吻合口瘘患者；② 身体状态差，不能耐受胃镜检查者；③ 吻合口食管癌复发患者；④ 不愿参加本试验者；⑤ 有严重心肺疾患、凝血功能障碍、严重贫血和其他器官肿瘤性疾病，影响胃镜下扩张或支架置入操作或术后随访者；⑥ 曾行内镜下扩张术或支架置入术治疗吻合口狭窄者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with anastomotic fistula;2. Poor physical condition, unable to tolerate gastroscopy;3. Patients with anastomotic esophageal cancer recurrence; 4. those who do not want to participate in the experiment;5. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, coagulation disorders, severe anemia and other organ-neoplastic diseases, affecting gastroscope expansion or stent implantation or postoperative follow-up; 6.Patients who have undergone endoscopic dilatation or stent implantation for anastomotic stenosis
