研究目的：

本研究计划是根据前期研究基础上，探讨超声引导下髂腹下/髂腹股沟神经阻滞（IHINB）联合腹横筋膜阻滞（TAPB）用于神经纤维瘤病产妇剖宫产术中麻醉效果的评价，以期为此类病人提供更好的麻醉方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on previous studies, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the anesthetic effect of ultrasonally-guided ilioabdominal/ilioinguinal nerve block combined with transabdominal fascia block during cesarean section for women with neurofibroma, so as to provide better anesthesia methods for such patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-40周岁患有神经纤维瘤病孕妇；孕周为32周及以上；拟在超声引导下双侧IHINB联合双侧TAPB后行剖宫产术；无高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病；择期手术。

Inclusion criteria

Pregnant women aged 18-40 with neurofibromatosis;Gestational age is more than 32 weeks;Cesarean section was performed after bilateral TAPB combined with bilateral IHINB under ultrasonic guidance;No hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes;Elective surgery

排除标准：

紧急手术；患者拒绝参加

Exclusion criteria：

Emergency surgery;The patient refused to participate.
