Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of graphene-mimicking human far-infrared radiation patch in the treatment of refractory viral warts

纳入标准：

入选标准（每条均需符合）：
1) 符合病毒疣的诊断标准
2) 疣体经冷冻，外用药等常规治疗无效或复发
3) 年龄 6-65 岁；男女均可
4) 签署知情同意书（14 岁以下由监护人签订知情同意书）

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria (each must meet):

1) Compliance with diagnostic criteria for viral warts

2) Routine treatments such as frozen warts and external medication are ineffective or recur.

3) Age 6-65 years; both sexes

4) Sign the informed consent form (the Guardian signed the informed consent form under the age of 14)

排除标准：

排除标准（符合其中1条即排除）：
1) 皮损局部合并感染，渗出严重及合并其他影响实验结果的皮肤病；
2) 有严重的肝肾功能不全或者免疫功能低下及精神心理障碍者；
3) 治疗前 2 周系统或者外用糖皮质激素或者免疫抑制剂者；
4) 孕妇及哺乳期患者；
5) 严重的肝肾疾病、自身免疫性疾病（如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿病等）、HIV 感染者及恶性肿瘤者；
6) 既往对本品及相关成分过敏者；
7) 不能够按照临床试验要求使用以及遵守限制用药规定者；
8) 无法完成治疗计划和随访观察的患者；
9） 由研究者判断不符合本研究要求或者其他原因不能参与研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria (one of them is excluded):

1) Local infection, severe exudation and other skin diseases affecting the experimental results;

2) Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, immunocompromise and psychosocial disorders;

3) Systemic or topical glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants 2 weeks before treatment;

4) Pregnant women and lactating patients;

5) Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases, autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid disease, etc.), HIV infection and malignant tumors;

6) People allergic to this product and related ingredients in the past;

7) Those who are unable to use according to the requirements of clinical trials and comply with the restrictions on medication;

8) Patients who could not complete the treatment plan and follow-up observation;

9) Patients who do not meet the requirements of this study or who cannot participate in the study for other reasons are judged by the investigators.
