研究目的：

1.明确ERAS操的术前规范训练对行结直肠手术的老年患者术后肺部并发症的影响 2.建立年龄、术前合并症、手术方式等因素影响术后肺部并发症的临床风险预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

1.To clarify the influence of preoperative normative training of ERAS exercises on pulmonary complications after colorectal surgery in elderly patients. 2.To establish a clinical risk prediction model for postoperative pulmonary complications affected by factors such as age, preoperative complications and surgical mode.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

65 ≤年龄 ≤80岁；行择期腹腔镜下结、直肠手术的全身麻醉患者；ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级;体重指数18～25kg/m2.

Inclusion criteria

65-80 years old;Colorectal surgical patients;ASA I-III stage;BMI 18-25kg/m2.

排除标准：

体重指数＜18kg/m2、＞25kg/m2；手术操作涉及盆腹腔其他脏器(肝脏、肾脏、胰腺、子宫、脾脏、胃)；心跳骤停；患精神性疾病且不能正确表达意愿者；妊娠.

Exclusion criteria：

BMI＜18 or ＞25kg/m2;Operation involves other organs in the pelvic cavity;Intraoperative cardiopulmonary arrest or death
Psychological diseases, pregnancy.
