研究目的：

(1)基于专病大数据管理平台建立OSAHS诊治中心受试者长期队列，明确OSAHS与多系统损伤的因果关系、及OSAHS各项治疗对于预防多系统损伤的有效性。 (2)整合多维OSAHS临床指标及生物标志物数据，探索及验证与OSAHS各系统损伤发生相关及与治疗疗效相关的指标及生物标志物，建立OSAHS多系统损伤早期预警和疗效评估体系。 (3)利用已成立的多学科协作组，推进研究成果与现有OSAHS诊治流程的有机融合，探索建立OSAHS干预的疗效评估新模式，提升OSAHS疾病精准化诊治能力及水平，并推广相关经验。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establishing a long-term cohort of subjects in the OSAHS diagnosis and treatment center based on the disease-specific big data management platform, and clarify the causal relationship between OSAHS and multi-system injuries, and the effectiveness of various OSAHS treatments in preventing multi-system injuries. (2) Integrating multi-dimensional OSAHS clinical indicators and biomarker data, explore and verify indicators and biomarkers related to the occurrence of OSAHS system damage and treatment efficacy, and establish an OSAHS multi-system damage early warning and efficacy evaluation system. (3) Making use of the established multidisciplinary collaboration group to promote the organic integration of research results with the existing OSAHS diagnosis and treatment process, explore the establishment of a new OSAHS intervention evaluation model, improve the ability and level of precision diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS diseases, and promote relevant experience.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①自愿参加本项临床研究，并签署知情同意书；
②性别不限、基线年龄≥18周岁；
③留有完整的基线人口学信息、病史信息、人体测量学数据、问卷信息、多导睡眠监测（PSG）数据、生化指标信息及生物样本；
④基线PSG检查总睡眠时长≥4小时、且快动眼期及非快动眼期睡眠时长均≥0.5小时；
⑤愿意配合完成随访；
⑥近3个月内未参加其他临床研究项目。

Inclusion criteria

① Volunteering to participate in this clinical study and sign an informed consent form;
②Gender is not limited, and the baseline age is ≥18 years old;
③Keeping complete baseline demographic information, medical history information, anthropometric data, questionnaire information, PSG data, biochemical indicator information and biological samples;
④The total sleep duration of baseline PSG examination is ≥4 hours, and the sleep duration of rapid eye movement and NREM periods are both ≥0.5 hours;
⑤ Willing to cooperate in completing the follow-up;
⑥ Did not participate in other clinical research projects in the past 3 months.

排除标准：

①既往被诊断为OSAHS外的其他睡眠呼吸障碍疾病，如中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、睡眠相关肺泡低通气障碍、睡眠相关低氧血症等；
②患躁狂症、精神分裂症等严重精神系统疾病；
③患有肺结核、艾滋病、梅毒等传染病；
④妊娠女性；
⑤长期使用类固醇激素或激素替代治疗者；
⑥急性炎症反应期；
⑦无法配合完成各项检查、检验，或无法提供生物样本。

Exclusion criteria：

①Previously diagnosed as other sleep-disordered breathing diseases other than OSAHS, such as central sleep apnea syndrome, sleep-related alveolar hypopnea, sleep-related hypoxemia, etc.;
②Severe psychiatric diseases such as mania and schizophrenia;
③Suffering from infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, AIDS, and syphilis;
④Pregnant women;
⑤Those who have used steroid hormones or hormone replacement therapy for a long time;
⑥Acute inflammatory reaction period;
⑦Unable to cooperate in completing various inspections and inspections, or unable to provide biological samples.
