研究目的：

1）上颌前部牵引成骨对唇腭裂继发上颌发育不足疗效的临床研究； 2）建立个性化上颌前部牵引装置的设计模式及流程；  

Objectives of Study：

1) Clinical study on the effect of anterior maxillary distraction osteogenesis on the treatment of cleft lip and palate secondary maxillary hypoplasia; 2) Establish the design mode and process of personalized maxillary anterior distraction device;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 年龄18-28岁；
（2）单侧或双侧唇腭裂；
（3）已完成牙槽突裂植骨且恢复良好；
（4）骨性III类错颌畸形，上颌骨发育不足，经正颌正畸联合会诊，无法通过单纯正畸治疗改善；
（5）上颌第一磨牙、第一二前磨牙存在，且无牙体缺损

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-28 years old;
(2) Unilateral or bilateral cleft lip and palate;
(3) Alveolar process fracture bone graft has been completed and the recovery is good;
(4) Skeletal Class III malocclusion, underdevelopment of the maxillary bone, cannot be improved by orthodontic treatment alone after combined orthognathic consultation;
(5) The maxillary first molars and first and second premolars exist, and there is no tooth defect

排除标准：

（1）有正颌手术史，或有正畸治疗史；
（2）严重牙周病；
（3）有其他颌面部综合症等；
（4）无法配合治疗

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have a history of orthognathic surgery or orthodontic treatment;
(2) Severe periodontal disease;
(3) Other maxillofacial syndromes, etc.;
(4) Unable to cooperate with treatment
