研究目的：

探究扶正化瘀片在胆道闭锁Kasai术后疗效和安全性，提高术后6个月黄疸清除率和自体肝生存率。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of Fuzheng Huayu tablet post Kasai surgery in biliary atresia,and to improve the jaundice clearance rate six mouth after surgery and native liver survival

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.胆道造影或肝脏活检确诊胆道闭锁，且行Kasai术；
2.入选患儿法定监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.biliary atresia diagnosed by liver biopsy or cholangiography,and Kasai surgery;
2.Informed Consent Form signned by statutory guardian.

排除标准：

1.非胆道闭锁；
2.胆道闭锁术后未规范用药（依据2018胆道闭锁专家指南）；
3.存在已知免疫缺陷；
4.合并其他肝脏疾病（如乙丙肝炎）和获得性免疫缺陷；
5.术中或术后72小时内发生严重手术并发症（出血、肠梗阻）；
6.患儿法定监护人拒绝签署知情同意书；
7.合并全身其他系统严重疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.non-biliary atresia;
2.with no Standard medication depengding on Guidelines for diagnosing&treating bilim'y atresia(2018 Edition)
3.with known immune deficiency;
4.with hepatitis(hepatitis B/C virus)and HIV;
5.with severe surgical complication(massive bleeding,obstruction) within 72 hours after surgery
6.with no Informed Consent Form
7.with other serious systemic diseases.
