研究目的：

前期研究显示，在FH-缺陷型肾细胞、癌症患者血浆中琥珀酸型修饰代谢物特异性显著升高；小鼠CDX实验显示其血浆水平随肿瘤的生长而升高；患者中其血浆水平变化与治疗效果密切相关。本项目进一步开展前瞻性研究确定琥珀酸型修饰代谢物对FH-缺陷型肾癌的诊断、预后及疗效观察的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Preliminary studies have shown that the succinic acid-type modified metabolites in the plasma of FH-deficient kidney cells and cancer patients are specifically significantly increased; mouse CDX experiments have shown that their plasma levels increase with tumor growth ; The changes in plasma levels in patients are closely related to the therapeutic effect. This project will further carry out prospective studies to determine the value of succinic acid-type modified metabolites in the diagnosis, prognosis and efficacy observation of FH-deficient renal cell carcinoma.

纳入标准：

初发肾癌患者；患者可接受长期随访；

Inclusion criteria

Newly diagnosed renal cell carcinoma, patients agreeable to participate in this long-term follow-up study.

排除标准：

大于70岁。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients' aged >70 years.
