构建基于人工智能技术的胎心监护报告分析系统,缩小主观的误差,提升FHR分析的正确率,从而,第一可减少医生的工作量和医疗资源的消耗,第二提升围产期医疗质量,既能尽早地发现问题,给予及时的干预,减少新生儿不良结局,又能避免过度治疗,增加剖宫产率和阴道助产率;此外,该系统可作为临床医学生的培训工具,提升他们对电子胎心监护报告的分析能力和识别胎儿宫内情况的技能。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Build a fetal heart rate monitoring report analysis system based on artificial intelligence technology to reduce subjective errors and improve the accuracy of FHR analysis. Therefore, firstly, it can reduce doctors' workload and the consumption of medical resources, and secondly improve the quality of perinatal care. It can not only detect problems as early as possible, give timely intervention, reduce adverse neonatal outcomes, but also avoid excessive treatment, reduce the rate of cesarean section and vaginal delivery; in addition, the system can be used as a training tool for clinical medical students to improve their ability to analyze electronic fetal heart rate monitoring reports and skills to identify fetal conditions in the uterus. |
