研究目的：

旨在通过研究痛风性关节炎急性期血清尿酸水平降低与糖皮质激素的关系以进一步研究痛风性关节炎期间血尿酸水平的降低是否与尿酸进入尿液的清除率增加有关，以及急性痛风性关节炎的炎症过程是否在导致这一现象的机制中起作用，进一步明确痛风性关节炎急性期血清尿酸水平降低的机制及血尿酸降低的水平，为痛风急性期痛风的诊断提供依据，以避免急性期诊断的漏诊及误诊。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to find the relationship between the decrease of serum uric acid level and glucocorticoids in the acute gouty arthritis to further study whether the decrease of uric acid level is related to the increasement of uric acid clearance rate into the urine, and to ascertain whether the inflammatory process plays a role in the mechanism leading to this phenomenon, to further clarify the mechanism of the decrease of serum uric acid level in the acute phase of gouty arthritis and the decrease of blood uric acid level, providing a basis for the diagnosis of gout in the acute phase, in order to avoid missing and misdiagnosing during the acute phase.

纳入标准：

于2020年10月-2021年9月就诊于青岛大学附属医院，确诊为急性痛风性关节炎的住院患者,访视前2周内未接受过任何降尿酸药物治疗。

Inclusion criteria

Acute gouty arthritis patients haven't received any uric acid-lowering medication within 2 weeks before the interview, referred to the Qingdao University affiliated hospital between 2020.10 and 2021.9.

排除标准：

肝功能不全（ALT 或 AST＞1.5倍正常上限、血清总胆红素（TBIL）＞2倍正常上限）、肾功能不全（重度肾损伤或者终末期肾病的患者（eGFR＜30ml/min/1））、消化性溃疡活动期，合并心脏病、恶性肿瘤、活动性结核或血液病。在纳入研究前一个月内服用皮质类固醇或服用抗凝剂、氯吡格雷或地高辛或其他对尿酸排泄有影响的药物的患者也被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

Hepatic insufficiency (ALT or AST>1.5 times the upper limit of normal, serum total bilirubin (TBIL)>2 times the upper limit of normal), renal insufficiency (patients with severe renal injury or end-stage renal disease (eGFR<30ml/min/1) ), active peptic ulcer, combined with heart disease, malignant tumor, active tuberculosis or blood disease. Patients who took corticosteroids or anticoagulants, clopidogrel or digoxin or other drugs that have an effect on uric acid excretion within one month before enrollment were also excluded.
